I was skeptical about a little silicone piece doing much, but it really does stop the water from rushing up when you take a sip. Pops right out for cleaning too, which is all I ask for.

The flexible silicone fits snugly but pops out in seconds when I want to clean it, and it’s completely stopped the dribble on my commute. Honestly didn’t expect such a small insert to make that much of a difference, but my desk and my shirt are both staying dry now.
