The accordion design is genius—it compresses down tight so I can really feel the air get pushed out before I snap the lid on. My beans have stayed noticeably fresher this week, and the easy grip tab makes it simple to pull out when it's time to refill.
The old seal on my canister was letting air in and the coffee was going stale fast. This replacement fits perfectly and the accordion compresses smoothly to push out the oxygen every time I close it. Coffee actually tastes fresh now, like the day I opened the bag.
The accordion folds compress exactly as promised, and the easy-grip edge made swapping out the old one a two-minute job. My grounds taste noticeably fresher now that the seal is actually doing its job.
